I need to return something I purchased.

We are a wholesaler for manufacturers which means we carry products that have turns and rely on stock from the manufacturer of slow moving parts. Our stock levels are dynamic based on past purchases and the number of companies that buy specific parts.

When parts can be returned to our stock, there is a 15% restocking fee.

When parts have to be returned to the manufacturers facility, each manufacturer has it's own return policy which may include line item totals and restocking fees based on the dollar amount to be returned. Some manufacturers can be up to a 50% restocking charge.

Unfortunately, made to order items are not returnable. Also, items that a manufacturer will not take back and that are not part of our normal stock are not returnable.

If you have a concern, ask for restocking fees before purchasing from Murdock Industrial Inc. We will try to work with you as best we can.

and... if it's our fault, we will correct any shipments made in our error as quickly as we can.
